2. Collection and storage of personal data
When you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, email, phone number, details about your event and your message) in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR (initiation of a contract and legitimate interest in answering your request).
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When the site is accessed, technically necessary server log data (including IP address, time, page accessed, data volume, browser type) is processed. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website). Log data is deleted after 30 days at the latest. As Netlify is a provider based in the USA, personal data may be transferred to the USA. Such transfers are based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses together with additional safeguards implemented by the provider.
4. Contact requests & storage
Data submitted via the contact form is stored in our database (Supabase, hosted in the EU) and delivered to us by email via our mail provider IONOS. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to process your request and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
5. Service providers
The technical operation of this website and the delivery of form notifications are handled by the agency Young Creatives, Hamburg. Processing takes place on our instructions on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
6. Embedded content (Spotify)
Spotify players can be embedded on the playlist page. These only load after an active click. Only then is a connection to Spotify's servers (Spotify AB, Sweden) established and data may be transmitted to Spotify. Unlisted gallery pages may additionally embed a photo booth library provided by fotoshare.co. It is likewise only loaded after an active click, after which data is transmitted to fotoshare.co. These pages are reachable only via a link sent directly to you and are excluded from search engines.
7. Browser storage, no tracking cookies
This website does not use any cookies for analytics, marketing or tracking purposes, and no visitor statistics are collected. Only your acknowledgement of the privacy notice is stored locally in your browser (local storage, entry “djkido_cookie_consent”) so that the notice does not reappear on every visit. This entry contains no personal data, is not transmitted to us and can be deleted at any time via your browser settings. Fonts are served from our own server, so no connection to third parties is established.
8. Your rights
With regard to your personal data, you have the following rights towards us: the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The supervisory authority responsible for us is the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
